What this site is, who made the things it uses, and the terms of allocation.
Disclosure
controltheweather.online is an entertainment parody. It does not control, influence or modify the weather, and it is not a weather service. The "available" weather shown in the trial is simply the public forecast from Open-Meteo for the place and time you chose. Forecasts can be wrong; do not use this site for safety decisions. No accounts, payments or personal data are collected; nothing you enter is stored. The company, people, satellites, technology and reservations described here are made up; none of it is real.

Ledger Terms of Allocation
Definitions
"Sky-cell" means one square kilometre of atmosphere, addressed by coordinate. "Block" means one of four six-hour windows in a local day. "Client" means any person who has held, is holding or has looked at a reservation.
One cell, one reservation
Each sky-cell may hold exactly one reservation per block. The Ledger will not accept a second, whatever its urgency, its sentiment or its budget.
Finality of allocation
Once a reservation is entered in the Atmospheric Allocation Ledger it is final under Ledger Protocol 7. Entries may be viewed, admired and cited. They may not be renegotiated.
Residual inventory
Trial reservations are drawn from residual Ledger inventory: the conditions that remain after all prior allocations have been honoured. Residual inventory is supplied at no charge and with no signup.
Delivery tolerance
Conditions are delivered to within accepted meteorological tolerance. A cloud is a cloud. Its edges are a matter of interpretation, and interpretation is reserved to the Ledger.
Adjacent cells
Conditions in neighbouring sky-cells belong to the holders of those cells. Where a boundary is crossed by a breeze, both allocations are deemed to have been honoured.
Umbrellas
The Client remains responsible for umbrellas, sunscreen, layers and any other personal provisions appropriate to the conditions reserved. Delivery of rain includes delivery of rain.
Signature Events
Signature Events are available to Canopy members, subject to tier and to enrolment status. Enrolment status is published by the membership desk and is presently closed.
Cancellations and rescheduling
A delivered condition cannot be cancelled once compiled. It may be rescheduled to a later block, subject to availability, which is finite, and to Protocol 7, which is final.
Force majeure
Atmospheric Control Systems, Inc. is not liable for delay or variance caused by acts of weather, solar activity, orbital debris or the reasonable expectations of any Client.
The Ledger as record
The Ledger is the sole authoritative record of allocation. Where a Client's recollection and the Ledger differ, the Ledger prevails, and the Client is thanked for their recollection.
Fulfilment rate
The fulfilment rate is reported as 100.00%. Any figure lower than 100.00% is a reporting error and will be corrected by the Office of Ledger Integrity.
Amendment
These Terms may be amended by the Ledger at any time. Amendments take effect on entry. Weather may vary.
Governing jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the jurisdiction beneath the relevant sky-cell or, where none can be established, by the Ledger.
